D64 amends D48's timing, not its basis: the ingestor is built and verified now; the production source registers with the written-agreement basis, the note documenting the informal agreement, and starts PAUSED — activation is the Admin action once written confirmation exists. Nothing is ingested on the informal basis. Full-sweep scope over their public API Platform backend: volumes become manifestation observations (series membership with ordinal, split-date EDTF, cent prices, the 2999 placeholder skipped), edition source records become work observations (original-title/romanization via country-language map, origin country, first publication year, magazine literals, role-mapped creators). manga-passion joins the identifier vocabulary with kind-prefixed ids across its three id spaces. Undocumented enums stay unclaimed; ISBNs are absent from their public serialization — both flagged for the written agreement. Verified against the live API through the local stack: the paused source turns the ingestor away without recording (the D64 gate); once activated, edition:6455 yields a work candidate and a manifestation candidate with the entityType hint flowing through; the identical replay records 2 unchanged (CR-17).
