M5/D48. Register Wikidata (§11.3.2) with permission basis 'CC0 open license', one registration scoped for both manga and anime claim kinds; build the ingestor per §11.3.3 (SPARQL/REST, polite rate limiting). Normalize: works with external identifiers (GND, ISBN, AniList/MAL, VIAF) feeding the §11.4.2 identifier matching rung, creator relations, original language/country, publication dates. Counts as one of the two further manga-side sources (M5 exit criterion). Synergy: person GND ids complement #32. Acceptance: scheduled runs record observations idempotently (CR-17); identifier-rung matches produce high-confidence candidates for already-cataloged Frieren/altraverse entities.
