Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
M5/D48. §2.5 permission basis 'written agreement' — blocked until it exists. Operator action: initiate contact with Manga-Passion and negotiate scope (which claim kinds, rate/volume, attribution expectations). Once granted: register the source (§11.3.2) recording the agreement as permission basis, then build the ingestor per §11.3.3 (follow-up scoping in this issue). Counts toward the two further manga-side sources, but M5 exit does not depend on it (at-least-two can be met by Wikidata + publisher crawl).
