Curator feedback (M5 population ceremony, #52): resolving a wrong-target candidate today means dismiss + hand-create + wait for re-observation — e.g. the Wikidata Frieren anime item (Q115792176) similarity-matched the manga work; the correct resolution ('this is a NEW work, not a diff on that one') has no direct action. §11.4.3 acceptance: (a) a statement-diff candidate can be converted in place into a new-entity create or retargeted onto a different entity (EntityPicker), preserving the observation reference and creating the source mapping on apply (CR-2/CR-4); (b) inline entity creation while resolving (supersedes/joins #31); (c) keyboard-driven triage on the worklist — navigate between candidates and trigger apply/edit/dismiss/convert without the mouse (shortcuts discoverable in the UI). Related: #31.
