Testing feedback (M2 ceremony): candidate detail pages list 'Manuell aufzulösen' claims — literal publisher/creator values on entity-valued properties (D32e). Resolving them via edit-then-apply works when the target entity exists, but the EntityPicker can only pick existing entities; a missing publisher/person forces a detour through the API or the proposal flow (which Curators cannot self-approve, §4.3). Options to weigh: inline entity creation in the EntityPicker (composer sub-flow), or a general direct-edit/create UI for Editor+ (§11.1.2 'Editors create entities directly' has no UI yet). Acceptance: a Curator can resolve an unresolved publisher claim end-to-end in the worklist without leaving the browser.
