Web UI for the §11.4.3 Curator worklist shipped API-first in #26 (D32): filters (source, entity type, candidate kind, confidence), diff view against the current head with the supporting observation's claims (Curator-visible, §1.5), apply / edit-then-apply (reusing the #21 composer and EntityPicker for literal entity-valued claims) / dismiss with reason / defer, and bulk batch apply with skip reporting (§5.5). Consider landing together with #28's dashboard UI. Split from #26 per structured decision 2026-07-21.

D33e: the dedup worklist views (§11.4.4 side-by-side, not-duplicate with reason, defer; merge via the existing §11.1.2 flow) join this issue's scope alongside the reconciliation worklist.
