Roadmap M6 final criterion, verbatim: 'every advertised feature links spec § → module → automated test; no unstable identifier older than the graduation window (§4.3); golden samples at their concept budgets (CR-20); the comparative cold-start re-run (D68, #132); Maven Central publishing decided (§15 Q7 half two)'. Acceptance: (1) a checked-in feature matrix (spec § → module → test class) covering every feature the README/docs advertise, generated or linted so it re-proves itself in CI; (2) an unstable-name sweep against the §4.3 graduation window with each survivor either graduated or justified; (3) the golden samples (echo bot, appservice, web-echo, demo) measured against their CR-20 concept budgets; (4) #132 landed; (5) §15 Q7 half two decided and recorded (spec + D-entry). Closing this closes M6 — record the D68 deletion-candidate review as a D-entry at that point.
Review 2026-08-27 opened the gap issues that block this gate: correctness #134–#141, missing MUST deliverables #142–#149, spec reconciliation #150–#154, CR/NFR test hardening #155–#164, research-only decisions #165–#169. Acceptance (1) of this issue (spec § → module → test matrix) should be produced after #150 and #163 land.
Marked blocked: M6 final gate, depends on the rest of the M6 queue and #132 (oldest-first promotion skips it until then).
