Review finding 2026-08-27 (B6). The §4.3 rule (unstable alias → read-compat within one release, deleted after two) and §4.4 "an alias without a review date is removed" have no mechanism: LegacyAlias.reviewBy is a free string nothing compares, and there is no release-tagged deadline for UnstableKatrixApi surfaces. …Legacy quarantine is also unexercised (zero @Deprecated, zero …Legacy operations).

Acceptance: a spec-lint check (or test) failing on a past reviewBy and on an unstable identifier older than the window relative to katrix.version/tags; a fixture alias proving the check fires; the #133 unstable-name sweep uses it.
