Roadmap M6 exit criterion: 'comparative cold-start re-run (D68 cadence): at each milestone close and before 1.0, on the pinned hardware, appended to docs/benchmarks with commit, toolchain and competitor versions — next due at the M6 close'. Acceptance: docs/benchmarks gains a dated entry for the M6-close commit with the pinned hardware, toolchain (Kotlin, KGP, Gradle, Rust) and competitor versions (trixnity, rust-sdk — #41 harness), on the same 5k-room cold-start scenario as the previous entries; the roadmap line flips to done. Blocks the 1.0 gate (that gate lists the re-run).
Marked blocked: milestone-close task, runs after every other M6 issue (oldest-first promotion skips it until then).
