Testing feedback (M2 ceremony): DNB MARC 100/700 fields carry the GND number in $0 (e.g. '(DE-101)1250705304'), but the normalizer (D31g) emits creator claims as name literals only — the GND id survives solely in the raw payload. Surfacing it (e.g. as a structured part of the claim) would let Curators resolve persons confidently and would let reconciliation match persons by external-identifier gnd (§11.4.2 identifier rung) once person entities carry GND ids. Scope: normalizer extension + claim display in the worklist; matching follows automatically via the existing identifier rung.
