Split 2026-08-21 into # (QR verification), # (dehydrated devices), # (thread timelines; depends on the #95 roadmap decision). None of the three has spec text yet — each sub-issue starts with its § section. This issue stays as the M6 criterion-2 umbrella.

Correction (numbers): #106 QR verification, #107 dehydrated devices, #108 thread timelines. Scope decided 2026-08-21 (D55): QR = show + scan + reciprocate; dehydrated devices = MSC3814 full (create, rotate, claim on login); threads = §10.6.3 windows pulled into M6 with a thread timeline as a window kind (#95 resolved that way).
