Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
Sub-issue of #86. Thread timelines are a window over a thread root's relation facts; §10.6.3 windows themselves are unbuilt and unroadmapped (#95). Order: roadmap decision on #95 → §10.6 thread-window MUSTs (root item, thread summary from relation aggregates, participation/unread, CR-16 stable ids) → implementation in katrix-timeline with testkit coverage.
Roadmap decision 2026-08-21 (D55, resolves #95): §10.6.3 timeline windows become an M6 criterion; a thread timeline is a window over a thread root. Build order: windows first.
