Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
Run #164 failed EchoBotEndToEndTest.echoBotWorksOnBothSyncStrategies with 400 M_USER_IN_USE on a container the test had just created. SynapseContainer.registerUser retries transient failures (its own doc notes a fresh Synapse can 5xx during background updates), but /register is not idempotent: when the failed attempt already committed the user, the retry lands in the non-retryable branch and errors out. Fix: on M_USER_IN_USE fall back to password login for the access token (all harness users use fixed passwords). Fourth member of the under-load flake family (#55, #56, #57). Harness-only change (§10.11).
