Failed once during a loaded --no-daemon full build (during #47 work), passes standalone and in the module suite. In-memory stores only, MockHomeserver with real-time retry delays — likely a close()-races-inflight-upload or retry-timing assumption. Same family as the D22 transient-5xx flake note on the roadmap (build #122). Deflake when it recurs: pin the race, don't bump timeouts.
