Publish the 5k-room cold-start benchmark against trixnity and rust-sdk (NFR-1); million-event room stays within the resident memory cap (NFR-3). Feeds the standing check: if the benchmark does not beat trixnity meaningfully, re-open compete-vs-contribute (§13.1) before M3 starts. Roadmap M2 exit criterion 5.
