Sub-issue of #89, D59 cut. §3.1/§3.8 module graph on web: core, transport, api, crypto, engine, bot, appservice, compat-element (+ the non-container part of testkit) gain js and wasmJs targets; expect/actuals for SessionIdentity, CryptoDriverDiscovery, OidcCrypto; ktor-js engine; Node-run commonTest in CI (NFR-9 CI host). Depends on #113.
