Sub-issue of #89, D59 cut. §3.5, §10.7.2, §10.7.3; CR-1, CR-17 unchanged (write block stays non-suspending). Every read on FactStores and EventCacheStore becomes suspend; InMemory + Sqlite implementations, both conformance kits (§10.11.2) and every caller (reducer, services, timeline, appservice, tests) follow. Gate: full JVM/Android suites green; no new target yet.
