Sub-issue of #89, D59 cut. D50 route: feature-gated wasm-bindgen surface in the katrix-owned wrapper crate covering the full CryptoDriver (§3.4, ~24 methods); hand-written Kotlin externals implement CryptoDriver on js and wasmJs; conformance kit (§10.11.2) green on both; getrandom js feature; wasm binary CI-built and hash-pinned (§9). Depends on #114.
