Acceptance: §6.1 (every statement ≥1 reference; auto contributor attestation; references are revision content), §6.3 (survival across reverts). Tests reference CR-2.

Live on prod (5847dc3): §6.1 reference discipline — empty references auto-attach the author's contributor attestation (no unreferenced statement exists, CR-2), attestations only for the acting account, observation references rejected until the source layer (M2), and value-changing edits require the referencesConfirmed write flag so old support never carries over silently (D18). §6.3 verified: a vandalize-then-revert flow restores prior content including its original citation via the ordinary edit path. 6 new tests, 54 total green.
