Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
Tail of #56/D64. Operator action: obtain the written confirmation of the soft agreement, record it in the source's permission note, then flip the source from paused to active (Admin, §11.3.2). When drawing up the agreement, raise the two D64 gaps: ISBNs are absent from the public API serialization (their site shows them — an ISBN field would light up the §11.4.2 identifier rung against DNB/Carlsen manifestations), and the format-enum semantics (print binding codes are deliberately unclaimed until documented). The ingestor, registry payload, and compose service are in place — activation is the only step.
