§11.6.2/§11.6.3: release calendar with filters; partial EDTF dates land in coarse buckets, never fabricated exact days (§8.2, CR-10). Projection updated from the event log (§12.3). Acceptance: §11.6 behaviour incl. CR-10 tests.
