The sqlite store's Android path (android-driver + sqlcipher-android SupportOpenHelperFactory, D20/D21) compiles but has no on-device signal: the three store conformance kits (§10.11.2) run on JVM only. Mirror the D11 pattern: run IdentityStore/CryptoStore/FactStores kits + the at-rest wrong-key test as instrumented tests on the katrix-ci AVD, and record the result. CI cannot emulate (runner constraint), so this is a dev-machine run like the M1 crypto go.
