Sub-issue 4 of #87 — the M6 criterion-3 gate. An androidInstrumentedTest on the katrix-ci AVD (#42 precedent) with a second process (isolated service) that takes the lease while the main process holds it, renders one room via the single-room policy, and decrypts via the crypto-only path; asserts generation-based invalidation and bounded lease recovery after the holder is killed. Depends on sub-issues 1–3.
