CI #394: with #138's v12 default, RustSdkInteropEndToEndTest failed — commander v0.11.0's ruma cannot represent v12's domainless room ids (it normalizes !hash to !hash:server; Synapse then reports 'Can't join remote room because no servers that are in the room have been provided'). The e2e now pins its room to v11 explicitly (caller-wins, #138). Acceptance: bump RustSdkBotContainer's release pin + SHAs to a matrix-commander-rs release whose matrix-sdk joins v12 rooms by domainless id, drop the v11 pin from the e2e, suite green in CI phase 2.
