User request on top of #47: the demo shows '(waiting for keys)' for history predating the device; the engine's restore chain (unlockSecretStorage → fetchBackup → restoreFromBackup, CI-verified via #45) has no demo surface. Add a Restore action beside Verify: recovery key/passphrase input, healed-count feedback; healed events re-emit on the change bus so open timelines heal in place (CR-12).
