#45 proves restore-heals-UTDs at engine level (UtdRedecryptorTest, in-process). Add a Synapse-in-container e2e exercising POST/GET /room_keys/version, PUT/GET /room_keys/keys and the KatrixSession.restoreFromBackup → change-bus heal path (CR-8, CR-12, §10.4.5, KATRIX_REQUIRE_DOCKER gate).
