Send queue persisted with a dependency DAG. Accepted (server ack) and Echoed (seen via sync) stay honest under kill/restart crash tests; crash-resend idempotent via persisted transaction ids (CR-5); durability/perf targets per NFR-4. Roadmap M2 exit criterion 2.
