Create the katrix-store-sqlite module (D5: modules are created by the milestone that first needs them). Acceptance: passes every store conformance kit; at-rest encryption per CR-15 (wrong store key never falls back to plaintext storage, CR-7 family); schema v1 includes the speculative crypto fields (§10.4.3). Roadmap M2 exit criterion 1.
