ElementWebInteropEndToEndTest fails on CI (run 82): testcontainers RemoteDockerImage gives up pulling selenium/standalone-chromium:4.27.0 after 2 minutes (ConditionTimeoutException). The fixture's 3-min startup timeout does not cover the pull phase. Needs a pull-timeout raise or pre-pull. §10.11.
