The push/pull machine (§3.4, §10.4.3): consumes decrypted sync-derived changes, emits outgoing request descriptions (receive/outgoing/mark-sent), never sees HTTP or sync wire shapes. Device-list tracking, one-time-key management incl. chunked key queries (§10.4.2), room-key sharing honoring per-device trust + rotation (count/age defaults, rotation on membership change). Exercised against the ported reference test corpus (§10.4.3). Speculative crypto schema fields recorded for storage v1 (§10.4.3, §12).
