CI gates for M0 exit: bot artifact dependency graph contains no SQL/UI/crypto (CR-10, NFR-10, §3.8) — dependency-graph check per footprint contract; unencrypted bot additionally no native crypto; §3.2 dependency rules enforced; scripts/spec-lint.sh in CI; lock files verified (NFR-16). Forgejo Actions (§14.1).
