Per §10.11: mock homeserver + fixtures; reducer replay corpus proving fact-identical stores across sources (CR-2); 429-storm strict-rate-limit conformance scenario (CR-4); kill/restart crash harness around sync commit (CR-1, CR-17); Synapse-in-container harness for the echo-bot exit criterion (CR-20). Store/driver conformance kits as needed by M0 in-memory impls.
