Per §3.1/§6/§10.2: typed endpoint invocation driving katrix-core endpoint-as-data definitions over the transport port. Same definitions must be reusable for server-side appservice routing later (§3.1). Error model per §6. CRs binding: CR-4 (all requests through NetworkPolicy).
