Per §15 Q1 and M0 exit criteria: build vodozemac behind the CryptoDriver FFI seam (§3.4) for each intended KMP target (JVM/JNI, Android, native cinterop, js/wasm) and run smoke tests. Record go/no-go per target — failed targets are dropped for v1. Binaries hash-pinned and CI-built (§9, §14.1). Outcome lands as a D-entry + §15 Q1 resolution.
