Review finding 2026-08-27 (D8). katrix.kmp-library-web applies publishing but not katrix.api-validation, so katrix-store-indexeddb and katrix-crypto-vodozemac-wasm publish with no .api dump; katrix-crypto-vodozemac (ffi convention) has neither publishing nor a dump; artifact-sizes.json omits indexeddb, wasm, oracle, apple.

Acceptance: BCV on every published module (JVM dumps; decide on js/native ABI and record), size budgets for the missing artifacts or a D-entry recording each exclusion.
