Review finding 2026-08-27 (D4). No test follows one item through all four transitions on TimelineItem.stableId; late-decryption identity is asserted only on the engine events flow; TimelineWindowTest's header claims the heal is e2e-covered but nothing outside samples/ references timelineWindow. Also untested: UTD-target-healed → aggregation view re-materialised (§10.6.4-32).

Acceptance: one window test observing sendState == ACCEPTED, then the echo, then a UTD, then the key arrival producing TimelineOp.Update with the same stableId and crypto.healed; an aggregation test for the healed-target case.
