Review finding 2026-08-27 (D1). Cancellation is tested only where nothing was written (cr17_cancellationNeverAdvancesCursor cancels a suspended poll); no other public operation is cancelled.

Acceptance (CR-17, §8): cancellation injected inside stores.write on in-memory and sqlite; send, loadOlder/pagination, sendAttachment, createRoom, restoreFromBackup cancelled mid-flight, then cursor + fact hashes asserted unchanged and the queue consistent.
