Review finding 2026-08-27 (B7). Room-state rows carry no before/after/gap provenance (
Facts.sq:12-18,FactStores.kt:226) although §12.1 and §3.7 require it; quarantine records are keyed by autoincrementseq(Facts.sq:112-120) so a replayed malformed event duplicates.Acceptance: provenance column/field on the state entity in sqlite, IndexedDB and in-memory with a numbered migration; quarantine PK per §12.1; conformance rows; migration test incl. the untested "store newer than this katrix" refusal on both stores and a fault-injected failing migration leaving the store intact (§10.7.3).
