Review finding 2026-08-27 (B3). Only EventCacheStore.forgetRoom exists; no purge across FactStores / CryptoStore / SendQueueStore and no engine call site on leave/forget. CryptoStore.kt:131 still says pruning "arrives with the durable stores"; no UTD window or quarantine cap in any store.

Acceptance (§12.2-1, §12.2-4, §10.3.3-4): a forget that purges every §12 entity for (principal, room) on all three store families, wired to membership transitions per §12.2 retention; bounded UTD window and per-room quarantine cap with eviction; conformance-kit rows for each so sqlite/IndexedDB/in-memory all prove it.
