Delete branch "%!s()"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
Sub-issue 3 of #87. A secondary process runs the CryptoMachine against to-device/device-list sync input only (no room pipeline, no projections) to decrypt a pushed event; shares the crypto store under the lease lock with generation-based cache invalidation. Spec detail first (§3.6/§10.4/§10.7.4); depends on sub-issues 1 and 2.
