Q5 decision (D54, #85): spike Apple targets in M6 via the D6 FFI route. Scope: Gobley/uniffi cross-builds of katrix-crypto-vodozemac for the three Apple targets; declare the targets in every module (engine, transport, api, store-sqlite, bot, appservice, testkit); Ktor Darwin engine behind the transport port; CryptoDriver conformance kit green on iosSimulatorArm64 + macosArm64 (the D7 Android precedent); note what needs an Xcode host. Acceptance: conformance kit + engine commonTest green on iosSimulatorArm64 and macosArm64 locally; D54 addendum with outcome per target.
